A number of other notes are relevant here.  Firstly, the objects are appearing almost nightly around the same time in the evening 10-12 pm, and in the same area of the sky.  Also, when i take a series of photos a few seconds apart, it presents differently as if it  is rotating or turning.  This is also evident in the following clips from youtube.  I really have no idea of what these objects are, whether of extra-terrestrial or terrestrial origin.  The regularity with which they are there in the same area of the sky tends to lead me to believe that they are of terrestrial origin and that they may involve some form of advanced observational platform.  However, i am really at a loss here.  I have contacted friends and hope to be able to get videos of these with greater amplification.

I'd love to know if these things are solid or if they are pure light?  
 
Perhaps the serpent is actually a bunch of ball shaped orbs all linked
together? I saw another video from Ottawa in June of this year where
the person filmed an orb up in the sky.... perhaps his orb is part of
what you saw in the sky?

Very interesting Leon, as sometimes the snake does suddenly appear as a orange orb.  
I have some pictures of the orbs as well but they are very faint.
